Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc 2023 – Domaine de l'Abbé Dîne
A luminous and elegant white wine, rooted in the tradition and finesse of Domaine de l'Abbé Dîne. This 2023 vintage evokes both Mediterranean freshness and the subtle minerality of a sandy terroir.
🍇 Origin & terroir
Grown in Courthézon, on plots of sand (safres) typical of the Reynaud estate, this white wine draws from a filtering and aerated soil, conducive to aromatic finesse.
The estate is run with great respect for nature, with manual harvesting and a reasoned approach (certified HVE according to Vertivinies). The vines are planted mainly with Clairette , a grape variety that gives this wine its purity, freshness and elegance.
👃 Tasting Notes
Color: Pale gold, with slightly green highlights — a beautiful luminosity.
Nose: Delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, perhaps a touch of ripe peach, with a hint of fresh grass.
Palate: Fresh and supple, beautiful tension, a light vivacity typical of Clairette, fruity notes and a mineral, almost saline finish, reminiscent of the texture of sand.
